The band takes a bold stand against the absurdity of misogynistic “Manosphere” culture online, using humor, defiance, and sharp satire to challenge toxic environments, male insecurity, and online misinformation. To capture their vibrant energy, the band recorded the track completely live in one single room at Studio Tecna in Sheffield. Working alongside Mercury Prize-nominated producer David Glover, known for his work with Self Esteem and Slow Club, they allowed amp bleed and kept overdubs to an absolute minimum. This hands-on approach produces a raw, immediate finish packed with bright melodies and chaotic fun.
Drawing creative sparks from classic names like The Modern Lovers, The B-52s, Orange Juice, and early R.E.M., the trio channels an energetic jangle-pop flare while remaining distinctly true to their own signature style. With prior support from platforms like BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, and KEXP, plus memorable festival appearances at Green Man and Glastonbury’s Toad Hall stage, this team is operating at the absolute top of their game.
